Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting investment plans for the company’s plantation products (such as Guava) to both local and international buyers. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company’s overall growth. --- Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Identify and approach potential clients Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports. Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required. Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth. --- Qualifications & Skills Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales (experience in plantation/agriculture industry preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good command of English and Sinhala/Tamil. Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools. Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure. Possession of a valid driving/riding license will be an added advantage
