- For Sellers, Don't send any item with out full payment- We recommend not to send/deliver/transfer any items without you meeting the buyer in person or receiving the full payment agreed.
- Watchout for unusual prices - We recommend you to always watch out for unrealistically low prices compared to the market value.
- Never share your credit card or online bank credentials - Please don't share any of your personal credit card details, online bank credentials or any kind of Bank OTP's with third party people.
2. Watchout for Scams & Frauds
- Fake payment services - pola.lk does not offer any kind of payment scheme or protection. Please report any such kind of emails claiming to provide such services through support@pola.lk.
- Fake personal information requests - We never send emails asking your personal details or your credit card information. Do not open such emails and delete it after reporting to support@pola.lk.
- Avoid using money transfer services - We recommend not to use any Western Union or MoneyGram services for any transactions realted to pola.lk.
- Watchout our unusual prices - We recommend you to always watch out for unrealistically low prices compared to the market value.

3. What if you are a victim?
- Please report to us any such activity to us immediately. If you are cheated or in any kind of financial loss, please contact your local police authorities. Please report any such kind of emails claiming to provide such services through support@pola.lk.
